Yes, in normal circumstances, with plenty of time before your trip we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your tour or holiday, with the remainder being due 30 days before. If the booking is very soon, we will usually ask for 100% of the total amount. If you are already in Morocco, it is possible to pay the remainder to the driver directly.

Yes, your payment is 100% protected and your funds are held until we deliver your tour or holiday.  This means we are fully compliant with UK Travel Regulations.

Yes!  Morocco is a fantastic place for children with the culture being very family friendly.  Also, the diverse range of activities and cultural insights that can be had, make Morocco the perfect destination for children.  We do advise that children under 5 should not travel to the Sahara.

We take groups on tour of any number and have catered for 100+ people on large group events. If you are travelling on your own, please get in touch and we will see how we can make a private tour work for you.

Yes, all of our trips are private 4×4 tours and so you will not be travelling with another group or individuals. This is your trip and you have total freedom to take a break when you need to and can ask your driver to stop at any time.
Yes, we love big events and have experience with large group charity treks, weddings and parties.  The Sahara is an amazing place to celebrate a special occasion and we make it an accessible and viable option.
We have personally stayed in all of the accommodation we use and have tested it for comfort, style and friendly staff.  We believe that each stop you make has a big impact on the quality of your holiday and so use only the best accommodation options on each trip.  Please enquire about the exact hotels we recommend for your tour and their availability will be confirmed before you make your booking so you know where you are staying.  If you have any requests for accommodation we can book this for you.

As we don’t include flights in your packages, we are not regulated under the ATOL scheme. However we comply with all UK and European Travel Regulations under our regulations and you are protected in the same way as ATOL and ABTA, which tend to be used by larger Tour Operators.

We pride ourselves on advising you personally from the moment you enquire, to help you create the perfect trip and then to get ready for your holiday in Morocco.  We send out pre-departure information and a packing list but are also on hand for any other questions you have between booking and departure.
Yes, we have put a number of pre-designed itineraries on our website as a guide.  You are able to tailor your trip to suit your timescale and choice of destinations and activities.  Our travel team are experts on Morocco travel and can help you create the perfect trip.
It is a common occurrence in Morocco for tourists to tip their drivers and staff.  It is however entirely your choice and if you would like to, we recommend taking between £5-£10 per day on your trip.
It is possible to buy alcohol in Morocco.  Some hotels and the Sahara camps do not serve alcohol but you are able to purchase some and take it with you, that is no problem. We will also be able to chill wine or champagne if necessary.
Your driver and guides are all personally known to us and chosen for their experience and welcoming nature.  Most of our support team are Berber people originally from the Sahara desert nomadic tribes and have inherent caring and friendly personalities.
It is very easy to travel in Morocco as a vegan or with dietary requirements and if you tell us in advance we can make sure the hotels and camps are prepared.
